'I recently stayed at the msocial hotel in Auckland and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to find a travel adapter available at the front desk, a small but thoughtful touch that saved me a lot of trouble. 'Ohtel is a comfortable hotel at a great location. Because of the terrible weather in Auckland the elevator was not working. We stayed 4 nights and were hosted on the 4th floor so that was 8 stairs everyday for a couple of times. Very heavy. The breakfast was good, so was the room and the service. '
