Spacious dammuso for families and friends!

Country house, recently built, is part of a larger house divided into two neighboring houses (Mirto, Geranio), but independent and is part of the Dammusi di Punta Karace, together with Gelso, Gardenia, Ginestra, Melograno, Ibiscus, Geranio and Carrubbo. It is located in a splendid, quiet and panoramic position. The house consists of a large living room with kitchenette, where there is a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, and three bedrooms, one double with king size bed, one with bunk bed and the last with double bed. French way . The furnishings are simple and essential, however comfortable. Outside it has a large terrace, covered and equipped, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the sea and the beautiful surrounding countryside, planted with vines. The nearest inhabited center is Khamma at about 3 Km, where you can find some essential services. The closest access to the sea, Punta Karace, is about 800 m from here. Air-conditioned house.
