CAFARD dans un hôtel 5 étoiles. Je n’irais pas plus loin dans la description de l’expérience. Ce n’est pas digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Propreté très douteuse. Se réveiller avec ce genre de nuisibles est traumatisant. Blague : solution apportée par l’hôtel —> late checkout.

Hôtel et personnels parfait. Petit déjeuner au top.

The first room (9th floor) we had was a nightmare : the toilets was super noisy (water noise every 10 minutes) and we simply didnt sleep that first night, we had to insist to the reception to change the room electrical cable was hanging in the bathroom (super dangerous !) and shower cabin seal was defective as well. In the new room (15th floor) it was a bit better but not at the level of a 5 star hotel. The hotel need to be refreshed clearly, it looks like an 90s hotel (decoration outdated) no special attention by the hotel while i explained we came here with my wife for our wedding anniversary.. they simply dont care about why you are there or not they took around 700 ringit as deposit that have not been refund yet. There are better hotels in the area of Kuala Lampur honestly and for which client satisfaction should be the priority to avoid wasting time and money in this hotel. Will never come back in that hotel again.
