As you walk up the stairs to the main floor you're greeted by the large open concept kitchen and entertaining area. The kitchen island offers plenty of prep space as well as casual seating for 4. The more formal dining area has seating for 8 and there's a picnic-style table right outside on the balcony. Head down to the backyard and grill your favorites poolside. There's plenty of seating around the pool for both lounging and dining.
This home is a short 3-minute walk to the beach access located less than 1 mile from the surrounding communities of Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Watersound. Seabreeze Trail puts you within a short walk, bike ride, or drive to fun family activities like The Big Chill (formerly The Hub), delicious restaurants, popular boutiques, and more!

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
