Welcome to the McDonald Cottage. This home is ideal for family gatherings or a group of couples.Located south of 30A on the southwest corner of Rosemary Ave and East Water Street. Very easy walking distance to the Western or Eastern Greens. The main house easily sleeps 15 . The inverted floor plan, with the kitchen and living area upstairs, makes for easy entertaining. There is a large balcony on the front of the house with great gulf views. High ceilings and casual elegance make this 4000 sq ft home one of the best properties at Rosemary Beach.

There is a 2 bedroom/2 bath carriage house on this property that can be rented also - McDonald Carriage House.

As you walk in the front door, you enter a very gracious entry. On this floor are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths.

The spacious downstairs master has a king bed and large bath. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds and a full bath. The third bedroom is a child's dream with 3 sets of bunk beds and a large bathroom with a long sink. All bedrooms have their own full bath. The washer/dryer are also on this floor. There is a special nook inside the backdoor for putting all those sandy shoes.

Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a king bed and full bath with two sinks. The kitchen, living and dining rooms are all open to each other. In the living area is a flat screen TV along with Apple TV. There is a bar area beside the kitchen with a small refrigerator for drinks and an additional ice maker.

The dining table is a large square which easily seats 12/14. An additional bedroom/TV room is on this floor and a half bath. We have recently renovated and added an additional room off the living area that has comfortable seating and another TV. This room has nice gulf views and lots of windows.

An open porch on the front of the house runs the length of the house and has great water views. This is the perfect spot to spend the day relaxing or even napping.

There are stairs off the back of the house that lead to a third floor deck. The most popular place in the house!
