We recently stayed at the AC Hotel by Marriott Panama City and came away genuinely impressed. The room was nice - good size, clean, and well-appointed with the modern, minimalist style the AC brand is known for. Everything you need is there without the clutter, and it made for a very comfortable stay.
But what truly made this place stand out was the staff. We had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful young lady by the name of Yaney. She was not only great at her job but had such a lovely manner about her. She went above and beyond with a warmth and professionalism that you don't always find, and she genuinely made our experience special.
The rest of the staff were equally impressive. Everyone was always polite and made a point to acknowledge us — whether it was a friendly greeting in the lobby, a smile at the elevator, or a quick check-in to see if we needed anything. It's those small, consistent touches that turn a good hotel stay into a memorable one.
The rooftop pool with its panoramic views of the Panama City skyline is a definite highlight, and the hotel's location in the financial district puts you within easy reach of restaurants, shops, and local attractions.
If you're looking for a stylish, well-located hotel in Panama City with staff who truly care about your experience, the AC Hotel by Marriott is an excellent choice. And if you're lucky enough to be helped by Yaney, you're in very good hands.
