Votre propre piscine privée, bel espace de vie extérieur protégé de la pluie et de superbes équipements pour votre confort et votre plaisir! Très proche de la plage, il est à environ 60 mètres de la porte au sable sans rues passantes à traverser. Venez en profiter!

Our stay was amazing! The owners are great. This house was fully furnished, the pool was perfect and much needed. Hurricane Arthur closed the beach so having the pool was amazing. Highly recommend.

Loved this place!!! It met all our needs traveling with a big group including kids. Everyone had plenty of space! The location is great! Very short walk to the beach, restaurants, a seafood market, and a gas station with a grocery store less than 2 miles away. Of course we loved the pool, and the fact that the whole property is fenced in!

Our whole family had an absolute blast staying at this beautiful home! The house was gorgeous, clean, and perfectly accommodated everyone. The location was fantastic, making it incredibly easy to enjoy the best of Panama City. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely love to stay again. THE POOL WAS AMAZING! The cleaners came by everyday and that was so appreciated. Highly recommended!

The house was a perfect set up for family. With a kitchen upstairs and downstairs. Which was awesome so not so crowded. The outside patio was very comfortable to relax and enjoy the night rain. Host would reply and answer questions before we arrived. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting to stay by beach and enjoy a getaway. Rooms were also very clean

Awesome trip

Our family goes to PCB every year and this was one of the best places we have stayed. The property was clean, very well stocked and Nick was great with communication and any issues was handled quickly.

We loved the house, it was clean and very well stocked with paper products and the kitchen as well with everything one could think of. The host was very responsive to messages and also accomodating. I woild definitely come back again. A positive experience for us all.

Great experience and location

We had a family of 17 stay there for a week. Our kids loved the pool and the walk to Beach was so short. There was a lot of shopping, activities, and eating near us. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed for the week. The rooms and beds were very clean and comfortable.

Silvers Sand Beach

We appreciate Nick for allowing us to stay at this location for our bachelor trip! There was more than enough space for 10 guys! We really love that the house is broken up into different sections! Very nice house, in a nice location, with less than a 5 minute walk to the beach!

Very short walk to the beach. Nice private built in pool. Very clean. Prompt response to all communication. Both kitchens were well stocked with everything you need to cook your meals in-house. Nice laundry room. Every amenity you might need. All paper products & laundry supplies & trash bags. All of the little things you run out of on day 2 of your vacation. Upstairs AC was good. Our only complaint was the downstairs A/C was not up to par in our opinion. No ac vents in kitchen , dining or living area. Maybe the addition of a mini split in that area would help. We were 10 adults, 2 teenagers & 2 babies. Overall a great place for a family vacation.

Simple

Updated, clean and efficient !! Very nice to be able to separate the three different family groups. The fence and gate helped us private. Afternoon shade on part of pool was a blessing for those of us that don't spent that much time in the SUN.

The name speaks for itself..literally. You are steps from a low key beautiful beach. We had a big group that all wanted separate places..Nick's place is perfect for close..but not too close! All the units were spacious, clean and decorated nicely. Couches were comfy...bathrooms were really nice. Lots of sleeping space! The kitchens were the most stocked kitchens I've ever come across in a VRBO. Plus they supplied things like- dish soap, detergent, soap, shampoo, conditioner, TP and PT. - which is appreciated. We loved the privacy of the fence that surrounded the property.. The pool and the back area are lovely to sit and grill. Nick was gracious and let us arrive early because of a flight situation. He answered all questions timely. Very accommodating. Would definitily book again and recommend:)

Reunion Weekend

Had a weekend get together with old fraternity brothers and the property couldn’t have been better! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and so convenient to the beach. Already trying to plan a return visit next year.

Panama City Beach Family Vacation

Everything regarding the listing for this property was 100% accurate. It was very spacious, clean, one block from the beach and a very short drive to numerous restaurants. Nick was very quick in responding to all inquiries. There were not any issues with the check in directions and door codes. That location was relatively quiet and very relaxing. Both kitchens on the property were fully stocked with all small appliances and cooking utensils. Overall it was a great stay. I would highly recommend this location if you have a large group.

What a house

This house was amazing. The location is literally 40 steps to the beach. The pool was great and clean. The house is huge and offers so much privacy from your group. Owners were great to deal with. Out of all of the places I’ve stayed in PCB, this was my favorite and it’s not even close.
