The house itself was beautiful, brand new, well furnished, spacious, and had amazing views. We stayed with a group of 13 for my bachelorette weekend and loved the home itself, but unfortunately had several issues that really impacted our stay.The first night, we found cockroaches and immediately messaged management but did not receive a response for about 15 hours. Someone came the next day to spray, but it did not resolve the issue—we saw six cockroaches total throughout our stay.We also had multiple unexpected maintenance interruptions. The first morning, workers came to replace the microwave, which felt like something that should have been handled before check-in. Later that day, while we were actively swimming in the pool, two workers arrived to service it. They told us the pool was very dirty, that we should not have been swimming in it, and recommended we all shower. They then added chemicals and told us we couldn't use the pool for 24 hours, which was extremely frustrating for a weekend rental where the pool was a major amenity.The provided beach chairs were rusted and spilled rusty water when opened, and the hot tub only operates from 6–10 PM.The home itself is gorgeous and has so much potential, but the maintenance and management issues were disappointing enough that we would not stay here again.
