Guests enjoy deeded access to the private, white-sand beaches of the Emerald Coast, as well as resort amenities that include two community pools and lush, landscaped grounds. Spend your mornings biking the scenic 30A trails, your afternoons basking by the pool or on the sand, and your evenings exploring the lively village atmosphere right outside your door. Whether you’re planning a romantic escape or a relaxing family getaway, this studio delivers the perfect balance of boutique style, coastal luxury, and effortless convenience.

On their site, select "30A South Walton," then select "The Villas at Sunset Beach and Seacrest Beach" (your beach is Seacrest). They will request our address to reserve your chairs, which will be found on your rental agreement after booking. We do not provide beach chairs or other beach gear, as we cannot guarantee space on this private beach.
