Sea'Renity! 11-Pools, Pickle Ball & Putt-Putt!

Sea'Renity awaits you in this beautiful townhome. This 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhome is located in Gulf Highlands, with private beach house restaurant complete with beach side pool and private beach access. You will feel miles away from everything inside this quiet resort, yet walking distance or a short drive to all that is going on in Panama City Beach! Gulf Highlands is also a short 30 minute drive to the Hub of 30A.

With plenty of room for everyone to kick back and relax, you will feel right at home! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare all of your meals.

Gulf Highlands Beach Resort has 11 swimming pools, 5 of which are heated throughout the winter months. Tennis courts, shuffleboard, pickle ball courts, wifi hot spots, and the unit itself is a short 5 min walk to the beach.There is also a beachside restaurant restaurant complete with private beachside pool and beach access.

Beach towels are not provided, guests must bring their own.
We provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, and toilet tissue.
I'm easily reachable through the messaging system. Once fully booked my phone number will be available for emergencies.

Gulf Highlands is a private, gated community. The layout of this community provides for more peace and quiet than your traditional condo style beach resorts.

There are 2 parking spaces in front of the townhouse with offsite paid parking within walking distance just outside the gated community. Uber and local taxi service is available right from the front door and anywhere on the beach.

The home comes with 2 designated parking spaces. Additional parking is available in the overflow parking lot located within walking distance at an additional cost of $12.50/night.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

We absolutely loved our stay at SeaRenity. Nikki the host did an amazing job of having everything you need to create a home away from home while your on vacation. Having access to not only what's in the house, including spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and a charcoal grill, but also the property amenities, shuffleboard, putt putt, Cornhole, pickleball, tennis, and pools- so many of them and even some heated. Access to a golf cart helps you travel to the beach and all the amenities on site with ease and Shannon at the Golf Cart Rental is amazing. She is so knowledgeable and nice, it made our stay truly pleasureable all around. I truly recommend this place as your next vacation stay. Just hope you don't try to book the same time we do lol ( Thank you so much for hosting us Niki. It was a pleasure.

The beach was about a 10 min walk. There were several small pools around the complex. Location is great. Pretty clean. 2 parking spots. Grounds keepers around everyday. You can rent golf carts which is a good idea. Gated community. The condo needs some love. The 2 guest beds had broken frames. The ceiling fan in upstairs guest room was about to fall off the ceiling. Toilet in main room ran none stop. Needs new pots and pans. Microwave screen broke just pushed buttons until it came on. Dryer melted clothes and left black marks but she said she ordered a new one. Lots of teens driving goft carts. Teens running around at all hours. Definitely a party place for teens.

Enjoyed our week in Panama City Beach

The condo was as described. There were a couple of small things broken when we arrived but Niki was very accommodating. There were a few bugs (they were not a big problem and were mostly small) but it seems like she is trying to stay on top of them by having the property sprayed. Any questions or concerns we had Niki was very quick to answer and help with. Overall we completely enjoyed our stay.

The property had roaches. I notified the property manager who said it had just been sprayed and she would get it sprayed again. The fold out couch had stains on the mattress. The tub in the upstairs bathroom slow drained. Holes in the walls had been patched but not painted. The gutter over the back porch was falling off. Wouldn’t say it was worth the money. Property manager was able to accommodate checking in about 2 hours early and was very good about communicating.

Great stay!

Niki had everything so clean when we arrived and was so great to communicate with. The tv’s were great in the rooms and the living area was great to gather everyone. Close to the beach and a perfect little get away. Would stay here again.
