The beach is located less than a 5 minute walk from your door. Also,you can chill out at the community pool ,which is situated outside your back door. With 1550 sq/ ft of living space, this home has a two stories. Two balconies at the second floor and two lanai spaces at the first floor, door from master bedroom opens to the pool area.

The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located at the first floor: the master bedroom with a king size bed and the other one with a queen size bed and bunk beds area. The second floor is very spacious with high cathedral ceilings .This place will be ideal to fit any big family.

Ceiling fans in living room and all bedrooms for your comfort. Unit has a tropical warm interior design. Living room, kitchen and dining area are all open space for gathering. Half bath is also on the second floor close to the kitchen.The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and love seat, 50 inch flat screen TV, DVD and CD players. A huge dining table, kitchen with bar stools, computer deck are all for your convenience. Our kitchen is fully equipped . The house stock with pool/beach floats, umbrellas and beach chairs and towels. Our guests enjoy the coziness, cleanliness and the perfect location that our home offers during their stay!
