Are you ready for summer at the beach?! Our cozy beach house offers comfortable accommodations for families up to 7. We recently renovated the entire house featuring a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, new luxury vinyl flooring throughout, new bathrooms and perfectly-appointed beach decor that your family will adore. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, 32-inch HDTV and private entrance to a private bathroom with standing shower. The second bedroom offers a bunk bed with a twin and full bed which accommodate up to 3 grown children or adults, or 4 small children. This bedroom has direct access to the second full bathroom which offers a tub and shower combination. The cozy living room offers an overstuffed love seat, queen sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 and a large flatscreen TV. The dining area overlooks the kitchen with granite counters and open floor plan. The stocked kitchen offers amenities for all your cooking needs including an oven, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, flatware, glassware, grill tools and more. The adjacent bar overlooks the sunny Florida room which boasts floor to ceiling windows with views of the pool. Sliding glass doors lead out to the backyard oasis where you will find a private pool, lounge chairs, outdoor dining area with a charcoal grill, gazebo and palm trees for a tropical backdrop. It's the perfect area to unwind and relax. Guests have access to wireless Internet and digital cable. Don't feel like checking a bag? No problem! Our washer and dryer will let you clean your clothes so you can travel light.

Our cozy seaside retreat is a short walk to Panama City Beach's most pristine white sandy shores and is the perfect place to rest your head at night after a full day of adventure. Rent kayaks or stand up paddle boards from the nearby Bait & Tackle shop for water sports. We are located near the exclusive communities of Rosemary Beach & Aly's Beach where you can browse shops, ride bikes or go out to dinner. Pier Park is less than 10 miles from the house, which is close enough to get to the action but far enough to escape the madness! We hope you stay with us on your next trip to Panama City Beach.

It was a quick trip. I was happy with the location and the size. We have family close. But not close enough to walk. HutHowever, master bath is on the small size and there was not a full length mirror. My daughter and wife reminded me several times. Also housekeeper forgot to place toilet paper in bathroom but owner provided combination for supplies.

A perfect bungalow for a couple or small family. We took our golf cart and enjoyed the evening ride through the neighborhood and easy access to the beach. We cook, so it’s nice that the kitchen was well stocked. The king size bed was very comfortable, we like a firm mattress, so winner for us. We used the pool every morning after our morning walk and then in the evening after we returned from the beach. This was our second time renting the property and plan on returning again. I give the property 5 Stars.

Had a great stay, nice clean house clean pool. Only drawback was small driveway and yard covered in gravel that you cannot park on. Would recommend the owner to put a no parking sign or small fence at gravel yard. Overall we loved it. Would recommend

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. The inside has been recently updated and is very comfortable. The owners were great and very responsive. The location was excellent and the pool was a real plus! Since the area is mainly residential, the beach was not crowded and was an easy 10 - 15 minute walk. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed the location — super close to the beach and lots of great restaurants nearby. The inside of the house was cute and had a cozy feel, which we appreciated.There were a few things that could’ve made the stay better . The landscape could use a little attention, it was messy, overgrown restricted from the pathway getting out of car, and there weren’t any beach towels ( the instructions prior of arrival weren't sent in time to let us know that they didn't provided) extra toilet paper, or basic cleaning supplies like spray or wipes to wipe down surfaces during our stay. The dryer didn't work very well. Took longer for our clothes to dry. We ended up buying some items ourselves, including boogie boards — which we left behind for future guests to enjoy!Overall, the house worked for our trip, and with a few small upgrades, it could be a great stay for others too.

House is spacious for a family, comfortable, and clean. Having a driveway for parking our vehicle a private pool was fantastic and why we chose a house vs a condo for our beach trip. The beach wagon, chairs, and tent were a huge plus. The beach is a few blocks away; easy and safe to walk, but was tiring after a day at the beach. We might consider renting a golf cart next time - the neighborhood is very golf cart friendly. Location is quiet and residential with PLENTY of space at the beach to spread out. Close enough to pop over to Rosemary Beach for shopping and restaurants and also a few miles from PCB restaurants and shops. A great location to be close to everything without the crowds, noise, and high cost!

The house is absolutely adorable. The pool is a little slice of awesome for when the beach is a no go. We stayed for 2 nights and the checkin/checkout was easy. I could of stayed for a lot longer.

Perfect little beach house!

The home was super cute and very clean. Having a pool was nice and we rented a golf cart though we also walked back and forth to the beach. Closest beach access isn’t by any huge condo towers so it was never overly crowded. Great communication with the owner. We would stay again.
