This impeccably maintained home on the boardwalk just steps to the beach, is perfect for friends and family who want to enjoy a getaway to Rosemary Beach in grand style. The overall comfortable casualness of this home features expansive living space to include dining, kitchen, and two separate seating areas, all flowing out to the wrap around balconies and view of the ocean. AS A REMINDER DUE TO THE MULIT LEVEL DESIGN AND STONE STAIRWAYS ABSOLUTELY NO CHILDREN ALLOWED UNDER 10 YEARS OF AGE ARE PERMITTED.
No expense was spared when designing this home. The culinary style chefs kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your favorite meal. Should you choose to grill there is a gas Weber located on the side balcony off the kitchen. Additionally this home features custom cabinets and Thermador, Bosh, and Fisher Pikel appliances including two dishwashers. The floors are all natural stone and the countertops are a beautiful Tuscan style white marble. This living area includes a 55" Smart TV, to enjoy your favorite movie.
Entering the home from the lush courtyard, you will notice the unique design. The expansive first level with steps leading to one of the two private master bedrooms can also accommodate a separate getaway area for those wanting a bit of quiet time. This multi level design features two king master suites with adjoining bath and a secluded loft style bunk area accessible via a separate set of steps therefore no door is required, that sleeps three with adjoining bath and walk in shower. All bedrooms have TV's and spacious closet space. A larger laundry room with sink is also featured on this level.This space opens onto another beautiful courtyard and large seating area.
A real plus on the south side is the two car parking garage. The third floor level is not included in the rental.

We absolutely enjoyed our time at the property…it was BEYOND accommodating! We loved the layout and how all of the furnishings are so well appointed. Such a luxe and sophisticated vibe that’s definitely high on my list whn searching for travel accommodations . We also were really pleased with the location being only steps away from the beach! This property was absolutely stunning…everything you could possibly need. Perfect beach location, so many perks to this property. Great location. Walking distance to everything. Beach access was literally 2-3 min walk. Check and Check out process was easy. Wifi was an issue a couple of days but owner/management fixed it asap. Brenda from property management was super nice and friendly. Kids loved their bunk beds. Overall is good experience.

Poor House Description, Ants, Great Location

My family and I rented this place for Labor Day weekend and we’re attracted to it because of the location. There were two big problems with the property. First, the description says two master bedrooms and a third bedroom. There is only one master bedroom and it is not accessible to renters, which is on the top floor. The two bedrooms in the basement are far from masters. Second, there is no third bedroom. There is a hallway with built in bunks. Not a bedroom, no door and quite tight. Second, the ants were wild. There were ants everywhere probably because the patio doors would not fully close and are broken. Amazing location just not an accurate listing.

This is a beautiful home, very clean, and in a great location just off the H walkway. Layout is a bit strange with lots of stairs, but it worked for our family. The “beach butler” area in lower level is a nice touch. Huge kitchen and living area on upper level.

Enjoyed our stay but would have been nice to have a dresser in the second master bedroom downstairs. Very lovely place with the perfect location. Great property close to the beach

We had a wonderful time at the property. This gorgeous home is steps away from the beach, has a wonderful kitchen with everything you need to cook, and a great balcony where you can see the ocean . The entire first floor has beautiful white stone floors, with lots of stairs leading up to the second floor. The loft area with beds is great for younger children but is tight for adults. Overall, we loved our stay!
