Happy Ours features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, perfect for your family. The queen primary bedroom includes private access through French doors to the back patio, perfect for a morning cup of coffee or late-night stargazing. Enjoy a large flatscreen TV, closet, and private bath with a single vanity and large shower in this tranquil space.

The guest room features a queen bed and TV and shares the hall bath with the secondary guest room with two single beds which is ideal for the children in your family.

Deeded beach access is a short walk from Happy Ours, and the glistening sugar-white sand of the Emerald Coast will certainly put a smile on your face and a squeak in your walk. Yes, the pure white sand actually squeaks! Long ago, quartz rock from the Appalachian Mountain range made its way down to these beaches. And along the way, the waters polished the quartz into ultra-fine bits of sand. The very smooth quartz squeaks with foot traffic. So, what are you waiting for?
