Tidewater Beach Resort charges a $55 resort fee for parking and wristbands, and guests may register up to 2 vehicles. Registration details will be emailed 7 days before arrival. Please also note the parking garage clearance is 7 feet.

Guests at Tidewater Resort enjoy access to premium onsite amenities, including:

Tidewater Resort requires all guests to register prior to arrival. The mandatory registration fee includes:

Two parking passes
Amenity wristbands
Access to all resort facilities and buildings

Pre-registration is strongly recommended, as it allows wristbands to be programmed and parking passes prepared before arrival, making check-in faster and more convenient.

Registration Fees

Pre-registration (must be completed at least 24 hours before arrival): $54.04 + tax
Standard registration: $64.74 + tax
Replacement fee for lost or stolen wristbands: $25 + tax each

Upon arrival, guests must stop at the Tidewater Registration Desk, located on the second floor just inside the walkway doors, to pick up parking passes and wristbands.

Parking Information

The parking garage is conveniently located across the street from Tidewater Resort. Because gate codes may change periodically, the current access code will be included in your Safe Travels email before arrival.

Parking spaces are unassigned, so guests may park in any legal open space. From the garage, use the skybridge on Level 2 to access the main resort building. After crossing the skybridge, proceed to the registration desk to collect your parking passes and amenity wristbands before returning to your vehicle to display the permits as directed.

Loading & Cart Information

For added convenience during arrival and departure:

30-minute loading and unloading spaces are available on the second floor of the parking garage near the skybridge.
Luggage carts and grocery carts are provided to help transport belongings.
Please note that luggage carts do not fit inside the condos, but they may be left outside the unit door while unloading.
Kindly return all carts promptly after use so they remain available for other guests.
Important Rental Policies
The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
The primary renter must remain onsite for the duration of the stay.
Guests may be asked to present a valid photo ID upon arrival or at any time during their stay.
