It is dog friendly, pending breed and size, for animals 50 lbs. or less at a maximum of 2 pets per reservation. The fee to bring your pooch is $300 per reservation and is non-refundable.

This sweet beach house is just a 5 mile hop to Pier Park and Frank Brown Park, making it the perfect place for groups attending Gulf Coast Jam, the Seabreeze Jazz Festival and more! Camp Helen State Park is just 4 miles away, and the scrumptious Amici's and Amigos 30A are 5 miles away. This home is equipped with everything you could need to make your stay enjoyable!

We offer beach equipment service or equipment rental that we can leave at the home for you. If you need a beach umbrella, beach tent, beach wagon and/or beach chairs, let us know and we'll give you a price and leave them at the house for you.

Additionally, we offer baby equipment rental, like high chairs, Pack N Plays, etc. and you may let us know in advance if you need to rent any of those items.
