Gulf Highlands is a large gated community with a private club house located on the beautiful white sandy beach. It has its own snack bar, decks for sunning & sight seeing, pool directly on the beach, + 10 additional pools, 4 heated, shuffle board, tennis courts,
18 hole mini golf (free), exercise room, just off the patio is the largest pool in the resort.


Vacations by Fayla takes pride in providing family friendly, well maintained & enjoyable units.

NO PETS, NON SMOKING UNIT. (smoking inside or a smoke smell will forfeit your deposit) Must be 25 years old to rent the unit.

King master suite with pillow top mattress and private bath. The other master bedroom has a queen bed also with pillow top mattress and private bath. Downstairs is a queen sofa sleeper. This unit is extended on the top floor with a beautiful sitting room off the master. Wide crown molding and base board. Granite counter tops throughout the kitchen and baths. The kitchen has a walk around island. Gas grill on the rear patio. New paint, new linens, new stainless appliances, new LVP flooring throughout the upstairs. 3 flat screen TV's, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer. Screen WiFi. The back porch is screened with a glass dining table. COMPLETE RENOVATION

The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Location was perfect!! Just a short walk to beach entrance-no cart needed. Home was perfect for my small family trip and had plenty of space! Cleaners could've paid more attn to detail, but it was nothing worth bugging Fayla over. Would recommend and def stay again.

This condo is in the best location. The walk to the beach is the shortest walk in Gulf Highlands. There is a large pool within a few steps of the back porch. The house was very clean and well decorated. Fully stocked with everything we needed. The host was great at communication and replying to emails and texts. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY!!!

This condo is absolutely wonderful!!! It has everything you need. The walk to the beach is literally 3 minutes. The bedrooms are huge and the beds are so comfortable. Very close to swimming pools and putt putt golf within the resort.
