'Hebergement calme et une petite structure familiale. Propritaire très prévenant. Par contre, la voiture est indispensable. Pour se rendre a Lisbonne, il est conseillé de prendre le ferry a Bareiro sans la voiture et utiliser les transports en commun dans la capitale. '

'Very accessible, great house exactly what was in the pictures. Able to speak English, Spanish, or Portuguese and was very friendly and respectful. House rules are very understandable and location is very close to beach. Will come back again'

'Stayed at this property while in town for a work conference. The Congress Center is a close walk, which was perfect for us. You will need Uber, bus or trolley to get into Lisbon for a lot of sight seeing. The flat is laid out in genuine Portuguese style as our hosts explained. There was a lot of space. The garden is lovely. The hosts are delightful and full of great recommendations.'

'I booked the property for 19 persons as a celebration for a friend. Paulo was always communicating with us for the months in the build up to the stay. The chef Jose was very friendly and cooked a great breakfast as well as a dinner for our final night. It is around 45 minutes from Lisbon but Paulo helped us organise taxis for a visit into the city on one of our days. There is also a supermarket around 5 minutes drive. Having the football pitch was also a great plus :) if you stick to the house...

'We very much enjoyed our stay in this vacation house which has everything you need. The house is very bright, clean and the hosts are very helpful. We had a small issue with the air conditioning and this was fixed within the day. I would certainly recommend a stay here!'

'Nice quiet stay away from the hustle of downtown Comporta (~12 min drive). I enjoyed walking to nearby local coffee shop for my espresso and the Leonardo supermarket for some daily supplies. I’m a little on the taller side; so, had to watch my head when walking through the doors (not an issue if one is under 5’10”). Otherwise, having a/c here is a big plus and necessary given the strong summer alentejo sun.'

'We stayed in this beautiful house with two families. It has everything it needs and made us feel relaxt and comfortable right away. A big new supermarket is only a few minutes drive away. We would certainly love to come again. The owner was available in case of questions and problems and had organised and maintained everything perfectly. Thank you for everything Kai!'

'Mooi huis .Groot genoeg voor 8 personen. De sleutel dame was niks te veel. We konden haar altijd bellen en dan kwam ze meteen. We vonden de woning niet heel schoon,vooral de keuken niet. Wij hadden vaatwastabletten meegenomen ,maar volgens mij wordt dat nooit gebruikt door andere bewoners.Als verhuurder zou ik er vaatwastabletten heen zetten. Voor de jeugd is er in de buurt niks te doen. Je moet overal met de auto heen.'

'We had a really wonderful stay. The house and outdoor areas are fantastic. Carla was very responsive to questions. The beach at Carvalhal is a short walk away and is absolutely gorgeous. It's perfect for kids at low tide and ideal for beginner surfers. We are definitely going to return in the near future.'

'We stayed for two weeks. The vila exceeded our expectations. It was very well equipped in the kitchen. Lots of towels for the pool and bathrooms. The owner took care of any concerns promptly. The area is very quiet but with easy access by car to the beach, restaurants etc. Having English tv was a nice extra. Would definitely recommend for families or couples traveling together as there is lots of space to spread out.'

'Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad met onze drie kinderen van 6, 3 en 1. Het appartement ziet er knus en gezellig uit. Deze tijd van het jaar was het niet heel warm dus we hebben niet veel gebruik gemaakt van de buitenruimtes i.v.m. het weer, maar het waren fijne ruimtes. Er was een campingbedje aanwezig voor de jongste. Voldoende schone lakens, handdoeken, strandlakens etc en opbergruimte voor onze kleding. I.v.m. onze kleine kinderen stofzuig ik graag regelmatig. '10/10 De service was geweldig! Wij hadden wat te vieren en daar was zeer attent op gereageerd. Wij waren verrast en hebben het gebaar enorm gewaardeerd. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was netjes. De hamburgers zijn 10/10. Er is een mall op loopafstand en een supermarkt aan de overkant. Ze hebben mij aan hen gebonden en zal een volgende keer zonder na te denken opnieuw boeken. Echt een aanrader! '
