Couch pulls out to a very comfortable double-bed - we had trouble figuring out how to set it up, but it was great once we got it. The unit is very clean, but somewhat dated - it hasn't been "flipped" like some other nearby listings. However, we didn't plan to spend much time there anyway, so it was perfect for us! Street parking was a little tight our first night there, but no issues the rest of the time, and the location...

The house is across a green space from the local pool and is very well equipped with all the things little boys want to play with. We used the croquet set, the bikes, the scooter, the stroller, the building blocks and the picnic blanket on multiple occasions.
