The lanai boasts a large 6 person fire pit table, perfect for outdoor entertaining and enjoying a cocktail, a BBQ grill to grill hamburgers and hotdogs after a fun day at the beach.
Inside you’ll be greeted with an open family room boasting vaulted ceilings, 2 cozy arm chairs, 2 cozy Lazy Boy recliners and a cozy queen sized sofa that turns into a queen sized sofa bed. Large screened smart t.v. and an entertainment center filled with fun family games/puzzles/books. A large 6 person dining table sits in this open space, perfect for family dinners and game night!
The Kitchen boasts beautifully appointed finishes, all new appliances, a center island with cozy barstools, under cabinet lighting, and is fully stocked with everything you would need to enjoy your stay to include a Keurig and a Mr. Coffee maker.
The master bedroom boasts a large King bed, cozy bedding, 2 accent chairs to sit and read, a smart t.v., a large dresser 2 large nightstands with storage and USB lamps. Two walk in closets, one of which houses a child safe crib and covered mattress. All baby bedding will be clean, stored and ready for your visit.
The master bathroom is stunning with a walk in shower, his and her sinks/vanities, a large mirror, and a private, closed door commode.
The 2nd guest bedroom boasts a beautiful Queen bed with cozy bedding, two nightstands with storage and USB lights, a small desk/vanity, a Smart T.v. and a mirrored closet.
The 3rd guest bedroom boasts a beautiful Queen bed with cozy bedding, two nightstands with storage and USB lights, a large dresser, Smart t.v. and a mirrored closet.
The hallway full bath has been fully renovated with a beautiful walk in shower, single sink and commode and accommodates guest bedrooms 2 and 3.
The game room, which includes electronic darts, foos ball table, PacMan and Legos, shares space with the 2 car garage, leaving plenty of space for one vehicle or several motorcycles. The driveway has plenty of space for 4 vehicles.
The garage also houses a full washer and dryer if doing laundry is on your to do list!
Bring you furry friend, because let’s face it, they are part of the family! A pet fee will be included. Limit 2 pets under 30 lbs.
Guest access
We will provide you with your unique door code by 2:00 PM on the day of check-in. Our property uses a smart door lock (Schlage) ensuring you have a secure and personalized code for the duration of your stay.

No Smoking Policy
Smoking of any kind, is strictly prohibited inside the unit. You are allowed to smoke outside and on the patio. Violations will result in immediate removal from the property without refund.

Pet Policy
We welcome up to 2 small dogs nor more than 35 lbs. each. A pet fee of $25 per pet, per day applies.

Parking
Recreational vehicles, boats, and trailers may not be parked in front of the house, except for temporary loading, unloading and cleaning.

Inspection
The City of Palm Coast has the right to reasonable inspect the premises to assure compliance of all City Ordinances.
