The view from this property is amazing. Straight on ocean and golf course to your left. This unit has been set up by experienced hosts and has special things to make you feel at home. It is well decorated, stocked and clean. The property has wonderful amenities and also has dog stations. Great bike paths, plenty of uncrowded beach. We have stayed at the complex before and will be booking this unit again.

A lovely beachfront condo steps away from the sand. Exceptionally well outfitted with kitchen appliances and laundry first-rate. The heat was infernal, which is typical for late July, but we enjoyed the setting and chance to get together with loved ones. Cinnamon Beach has a ton of rules, some of which are a little ambiguous, but the property is very well kept. I can't think of anything to suggest to make this property better. Believe the pictures and the 5-star reviews.

Seaside Serenity and Amazing Ocean Views

Large condo, with an awesome view of the ocean and sunrise. A safe gated, quiet, and very well-kept community with two community pools, one with a lake view, a grill restaurant, and one on the ocean side (access from the ocean as well). The condo was very clean. We and our pups felt right at home. It's close to the Publix grocery store. Not many shopping stores, we either went to Flagler or St. Augustine and same if you're looking for on-the-beach restaurants with entertainment, but there is a great Pizza restaurant right across the Publix. We're pretty sure there's more in the area that we didn't get to explore, next time. The condo is so comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. The parking spot under the building is so nice with one additional parking outside. The pet stations are so handy for those with pets (we brought two). Access to the beach is easy, there are beach chairs, towels, and toys, etc available in the condo and in their locker (we did not use as we brought our own). We were here for the 4th of July and the fireworks on the beach and from the balcony were amazing to watch. They were shooting them from other adjacent places but close enough to enjoy. Somebody had mentioned large rocks on the beach. We must have been blessed the week we stayed we only saw them on our walks but on our very last morning we woke up to many rocks where we had beached all week. The host's communication was amazing!! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Exceeded Expectations

We book condos for our yearly beach vacas every year, but this was our first time in Cinnamon Beach area. We were intrigued with the listing as the reviews were spectacular! It exceeded our expectations! the view from balcony did NOT disappoint! It was dog friendly, which is very important to us. The entire resort was wonderfully pet accommodating- and to have our dog on the beach with us was a bonus! The size of the unit was perfect for our 19 &17 yr old kids. Dale and Julie were great communicators & super responsive from the time I booked in Jan. to checkout. The rules of HOA/condo were clear & we appreciated all the graphics with the info. The unit was very clean. We enjoyed the remotes for the fans & the switch flip lights. There were plenty of towels & beds were soft!! The master bath is HUGE & two sinks worked out great for my husband & me! We spent time on the beach & the ocean side pool- very relaxing and I appreciated it was the “quiet pool”! The beach itself, as mentioned, is rocky & the amounts of shells that make up the sand could make someone not used beaches uncomfortable, but we didn’t mind & easily navigated around it each day. Beach access was super easy and quick from the condo. Having the beach locker on the ground floor was REALLY helpful all week! We also saw two space launches-thanks to Dale’s info- so cool! Suggestions: more toilet paper (only 2 rolls for a wk?!), paper towels (only 1 roll for a wk?!), laundry detergent, & maybe Clorox wipes to clean?

This was our second time staying at this condo. It’s so comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. The under building parking is so nice. The pools are incredible! The pet stations are so handy for those with pets. Access to the beach is great and there are beach chairs, towels, and toys, etc available in the condo and in their locker. Great restaurants so close to the community. Just a short drive to St. Augustine. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Palm Coast - Fantastic Condo & Community

Large, lovely condo with an awesome view right on the ocean. Fabulous community with two community pools, one located on a lake with a grill restaurant and one on the ocean. Dog friendly with doggie stations located throughout the community. Close to the Publix grocery store and some good restaurants.

Excellent!

We had a wonderful time celebrating my son’s 18th birthday while staying in this beautiful condo. Waking up to dolphins and a gorgeous sunrise right off the large balcony was fantastic. Everything inside the condo and in the community was perfect. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

This is our third year staying at Dale and Julia’s beach condo. The view is amazing from the porch. We had everything we needed when we arrived from kitchen supplies to board games. We enjoyed another amazing week at Cinnamon Beach. Thank you! Everything was seamless from booking to check out.

Our family of 5 has vacationed in Florida for over 15 years, but this is our first time to the Atlantic Side. It was STUNNING! The beach was NOT crowded!! Everyone within the complex was so friendly. People were respectful of picking up after their pets, which unfortunately you don't see all the time. The condo is just at the top of the stairs, which is helpful when there is a dog involved. We chose not to take the elevator, but there is one available. The boardwalk to the beach is literally around the corner at the bottom of the steps, so very handy when you need to run up to the room for a forgotten item. The condo was a perfect fit for our family (kids 24,21,& 16) & mini Aussie doodle. Watching the sunrise from the master bed every morning and having coffee on the balcony was a perfect way to start each day. The binoculars were a bonus for us to see dolphins nearly every morning. The kitchen had most everything you might need, with the exception of a pizza pan. If you have the opportunity to bring your own spices & cooking oils, that may be helpful, as they are not provided & can be costly at the grocery store. Dale & Julia provide starters of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, & laundry detergent to start your week. The beach equipment in the garage locker was extremely useful as well. There were 4 working beach chairs, beach umbrella, & plenty of toys, buckets, & balls for the beach. Regina does an amazing job keeping the condo clean! It was spotless!!

Beautiful condo

We loved being oceanfront! The condo provides everything one could need. Hammock Dunes is beautiful with wonderful amenities. Especially loved the pet areas, equipped with potty bags. The two pools were amazing, and we so enjoyed the Grille for lunch or a tropical drink. Love being 30 minutes from St Augustine to the north and Flagler to the south. Will definitely be returning to Hammock Dunes!
