Excellent 1 Bedroom 1 bath Apartment in Luxury Resort Condominium with 5th-level pool landing (two pools) overlooking reservoir and nature reserve and a peek-a-boo view of the Atlantic! Fitness center, secure garage parking, 24-hour front desk, sauna, MORE!! This condo is close to the beach (10-MINUTE WALK TO BOYNTON BEACH, OR 10-MINUTE DRIVE TO DELRAY BEACH), nightlife, public transport, and airports. Ten minutes south of Palm Beach International Airport; 35 minutes north of Ft. Lauderdale.
Beachpass for Oceanpark beach is included in the house! Presenting the pass card you will be given two chairs and an umbrella at the beach that is only 1 mile away!

If lost it has a cost of $75 that will be charged into your account.

Great for short people as the furniture (and toilet) are very low. Furniture is cheap and uncomfortable. I contacted the property manager about two questions which were promptly answered, however both answers were incorrect. Checkout was awkward as the building/elevator fob was necessary to load the car but fob needed to be returned to the unit, which is understandable, but warning that the unit and parking space are on different floors. Bring your own laundry & dishwasher soaps as one pod of each is supplied. Security deposit was returned within 2 weeks.

As an FYI there is maintenance work being done currently at the property. It can be loud at times but not an issue in the evening. I am not sure how long this maintenance work will last...

Très joli

L’appartement, décoré avec goût, est situé à quelques pas de deux excellent restaurant NYPD Pizza et croissants/café. L’annonce disait que l’on y voyait la mer, ce n’était pas le cas. Disais aussi à 3 minutes de la mer, ce qui n’était pas non plus le cas. De plus, il y avait de la construction bruyante et nous n’avons pas été informés de la situation. Notre avion a été retardée, nous sommes donc arrivés le lendemain, heureusement car les clés n’étaient pas dans la boîte à clé, l’hôte a réagi en apurement en envoyant tout de suite quelqu’un nous ouvrir. Elle a aussi eu la gentillesse de nous faire profiter d’un retour très tardif. Dans l’ensemble c’était très bien, ne vous attendez pas à la plage à 3 minutes de marche par contre, ça prends environ 5 minutes en voiture.

When you stay here you will find out why Diego is a premier host. This 1br had everything you need including beach pass. I have stayed here several times and never disappointed.

The property was a nice building. We we’re however very disappointed that the large pool and hot tub were closed for renavation and they were working all around everywhere and it was so noisy , not relaxing. The unit was spotless however, kitchen had everything you could want except the toaster was broken 😢, furniture was cute but not comfortable, bed was great but hard for someone with bad back to get out of it’s on the floor. It has a delightful garden tub which I liked but my husband had a hard time showering because it was hard getting in and out With it being so deep- not the best for older people. But overall great condo, nice layout, complex is nice , safe, secure, close to everything!

Great location re beach and restaurants

Couch absurdly uncomfortable and small. Bed small and too soft. Only one extra top sheet. Had to wait around for handyman to replace air conditioning and water filters upon arrival. TV broke (replaced in 1 day). Minimal dishes so had to constantly run dishwasher. Minimal supplies in kitchen including one dish towel (and it was useless). Soap in bathroom and kitchen so watered down they were useless. Minimal storage for clothing. Bedroom pocket door broken and not available to replace until the day we were leaving. Bathroom exhaust fan poorly functioning. Table had only 3 chairs and they were very worn. Needless to say, though we were happy with the building, accommodations were severely lacking especially considering the cost. Owners live out of country so approval needed for anything over $100. We rebooked a different unit for next year. I will say beach pass was a plus but parking at the beach challenging. Condo description indicated free shuttle but apparently hasn’t existed for some years. Weren’t told 1 of 2 pools and hot tub under construction. Not a lot of chairs available at pool.

The location was right for us. It’s unfortunate that some nearby businesses have closed because of the pandemic, but there are still several restaurants nearby. The building and the apartment we're clean, quiet and pleasant. As other reviewers have mentioned, the sofa is small scale. Not really as cozy as you might be accustomed to and the mattress was too soft for us. We prefer something firmer. Otherwise, we enjoyed it.

Adequate, but could be Great

I'll start with the strong points * Convenient location to surrounding area and walkable to several good restaurants * Good security, definitely a safe place to stay * Very clean property and well maintained * Very good communication with property manager * TV offers a good variety of streaming options as well as cable channels * The decor is very pleasing * Large bathroom with towels sufficient for 2 people * Mostly quiet building * Appreciated having lots of ice already made * Appreciated that we didn't have to do anything for checkout like empty trash, clean dishes, strip bed, etc. * The floor plan is laid out well allowing for the unit to feel spacious The areas that need improvement * The queen size bed is toddler height and the mattress needs replaced * The couch is child-size, not for adults. The seating is very shallow. I am 5' 2" and was very uncomfortable. My husband is 5'10" and could not sit there more than 10 minutes. * Instructions for using the TV should be provided. There are 2 remotes and a variety of options so written guidance would be very helpful. * Mostly a quiet building with exception that early every morning we would be startled awake when other units would open/close the slider doors that close off the bedroom. * Provide details about parking and which door to use to easily access this unit. The unit is on 3rd floor parking is between 4 and 5. There are many doors from parking garage so it would be more convenient to state which one to look for. Once you understand the layout between the unit and parking space it makes sense, but you won't necessarily realize it at first. * There are 2 adirondack chairs on the balcony. This seating style is not comfortable.

Awesome property and location
