Villa Alex Relax and Sea

The recently renovated villa is located in a very quiet area, far from the city chaos, just a few minutes from Mondello beach, an area full of restaurants, bars, and various services, and only 20 minutes by bus from the center of Palermo. The main airport is about 25 minutes away by car or taxi.



The villa is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms: one double and a smaller one with two single beds, a bathroom with hydromassage shower, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, and a large living room with TV and WiFi. Upstairs there are three bedrooms: two doubles (one with a small terrace), a smaller one with a bunk bed, and a bathroom with shower. The double rooms and the room with two single beds are equipped with air conditioning, while the room with the bunk bed has a ceiling fan; all rooms overlook the garden.



The villa offers equipped outdoor terraces, a garden, barbecue, sun umbrella, and outdoor dining table. There is a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron, as well as a drying rack. Outside, you can park for free, while inside the villa it is possible to park a small car. About 200 meters away you will find supermarkets, grocery stores, delis, bars, ice cream parlors, a bank, post office, and tobacconist. Additionally, from June 15 to September 15, the municipality offers a shuttle service to the beaches, with a stop 5 minutes' walk from the villa. The beach can also be reached with a 10-minute walk along a tree-lined avenue.
