Het hotel was netjes met schone kamers, heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en het zwembad was een groot pluspunt. Je kon er lekker ontspannen en aan de drukte van de stad ontsnappen. De meeste bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand en er stopt een bus voor de deur. Het hotel is op loopafstand van het centraal station. Erg lekker en gevarieerd ontbijt, met bijna dagelijks nieuwe, lokale specialiteiten. Ik zou hier zeker nog een keer verblijven!

Matig hotel in Palermo
Dit hotel ligt aan de rand van Palermo bij de zee. Het hotel is aan onderhoud toe. De badkamer rook niet erg fris en de douche zat los. Er is een zwembad maar die is pas open in juni. Pas na het boeken is dit duidelijk zichtbaar. Parkeren kan kostelos aan de straat. Al met al vrij prijzig en als je hier met kinderen heen gaat die willen zwemmen, dan alleen in het hoigseizoen.

Betreurenswaardig/ niet NH waardig hotel!!!!!
Ons verblijf in dit hotel bleek een grote teleurstelling te zijn.... het tapijt in de gang naar onze kamer zat vol met vlekken en gaten. Onze kamer was eveneens in slechte staat met bladerende verf van het plafond en schimmel in de badkamer!!!! De foto"s op de site komen dus niet overeen met de kamer welke wij hebben gekregen. Niet een NH waardig hotel welke wij gewend zijn. Daarnaast zaten ze in een verbouwing en begon het gedril al s"ochtends om 7.30 uur!!!! Wij zullen dit hotel ZEKER NIET AANBEVELEN!

Het hotel hadden we gekozen om het zwembad. Dit ging pas op de dag van vetrek open. De twee queensize bedden bleken een queensize bed en een slaapbank te zijn.

Prachtig hotel met zwembad.
Het hotel is prachtig. Maar de omgeving is niet fijn hoewel het aan zee ligt. Om het hotel is niet fris. Jammer dat ze daar niets aan doen. Vrij parkeren. Het is ongeveer 600 meter naar het centrum.

Goed hotel,goede ligging.
Wij vonden het een prima hotel. De stad is op loopafstand te doen. De stad Palermo zelf heeft mooie gebouwen en een prachtige cultuur,alleen jammer dat er niks bij gehouden wordt. Het verkeer is een drama,maar wel grappig om te zien. ze rijden maar wat, maar houden wel rekening met elkaar.

Prima hotel!
Heerlijke vakantie gehad, top hotel, met erg vriendelijk personeel. Ze doen echt hun best voor je, zodra je iets vraagt. Enige minpuntje, het is best even zoeken om een leuk restaurant op loopafstand te vinden. De stad met winkels is niet ver, restaurantjes is iets verder zoeken. Over het algemeen een absolute aanrader!

Not recommended
Typically NH hotels are great. I have stayed in many of them. But not this hotel. It is badly managed and it doesn't deserve to wear the NH brand. The staff at the front desk is arrogant. The choice at breakfast is great but everything is dirty and messy. The cups are not clean neither is the cutlery. We found an open yogurt in the buffet. The groundfloor restrooms were dirty and lacking toilet paper. It looked like they weren't cleaned for days. The pool is closed during midday!! If you would like to have food after 2.30pm no change, the kitchen is closed. No staff available at the bar or pool. Trying to get a drink is a challenge. The one positive thing: we had a great room. Spacious, renovated. Beautiful bathroom, great beds, nice view on the harbor and sea. The location of the hotel is somewhat distant to the center. It is approx. 3 kilometers and takes you 30 minutes by feet.

Very nice hotel at good location. Interior in our wing was a bit outdated, but definately good enough for us. Breakfast was good! The only minus was the temperature of aircon and water. Aircon did not have the power to fully cool the room and somehow the water never got very warm. Maybe becouse we were at the end of the hall? All togehter a nice hotel, that we would go back to if we would go to Palermo again.

La chambre n’est pas du tout insonorisée, nous avions l impression que la fenêtre était entre-ouverte, alors qu’elle était fermée. Nous étions réveillés toutes les nuit avec les bruits extérieurs Absence de bouilloire et de bouteille d’eau gratuites. Pas suffisamment de choix dans le menu du restaurant, mais le peux de plats étaient de bonne qualité.

The location for this hotel is great for a short stay in Palermo .. close enough to both the port and the city for all the sights. What was very disappointing and we hadn’t been made aware of was the pool area was closed due to the pool being updated with a new tile band. There are no other areas for lying out at the hotel and the hotel reception were not apologetic when we asked about it. The cleaning around the hotel is a little lax. Rubbish, glasses and a water bottle was left by the pool area for the 3 days we were there. The staircase to the first floor was definitely not mopped down or swept either. The same 6 black sticky spots on the first 6 stairs were there for the duration too. The bedroom was nice but again floors were not washed and the bathroom cleaning was a bit haphazard.

Dinner Menu. Just for tourists, should be nice to have a Pizza/Sandwich/Hamburguers. After you enjoy the City, you need to come back to the hotel and have an easy dinner. After Sunset, have a car or use the taxis. The area is dark and full of homeless. Nothing happened... but you don't feel safe walking by.

Hotel location was in front of the sea but Super noisy, alot of Homeless around and the area is very dirty. The hotel itself has security people Wich helps feeling more safe. The hotel is pretty old and many groups using it.

Not the greatest property to stay. Very dirty around the building. Very tiny gym. Staff were great. Did let us check out at 1pm

Väldigt trevlig personal, fin pool, rent och modernt. Bra restauranger och trevliga sevärdheter inom gångavstånd (om man tycker om att gå omkring för att upptäcka). Lite långt bort till fin strand, men det var enkelt att nyttja lokaltrafiken.
