The apartment is on two floors (internal stairs) and the internal space is organized as follows:

LOWER FLOOR:

- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC;

UPPER FLOOR (stairs to access):

- LIVING ROOM I with sofa;

- LIVING ROOM II with double sofa bed;

- BEDROOM I with double bed, smart TV, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, split A/C and access to the balcony;

- BEDROOM II with double bed, smart TV, bedside tables, wardrobe, split A/C and access to the balcony;

- BALCONY (access from the two bedrooms) furnished with table and chairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WIFI, heating and air conditioning via hot and cold split, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

A member of our Team Palermo will contact you a few days before your arrival to organize your check-in. They will meet you at the apartment to hand you the keys and they will be at your disposal for any information and further assistance before and during your stay. We are available by phone, e-mail or Airbnb direct messaging service.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:

EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00

EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00

EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30

Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

City tax payment will be required.

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Palermo, in an area equipped with all the main services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies). Some of the main points of interest in the city, such as the Cathedral, the Churches of Martorana and San Cataldo, the Royal Palace, the historic Via Maqueda and the Quattro Canti, can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The historic Ballarò market is only 650 meters from the property.

- From Palermo airport, you can reach the apartment with the Prestia and Comandè buses that arrive at the Central Station. Alternatively, you can use the transfer service (see below).

- From Palermo Central Station, you can reach the apartment with buses no. 101, 102, 124 with a stop a few minutes walk from the property. Alternatively, you can reach the apartment on foot in about 10 minutes.

- For those traveling by car, it is possible to park (for a fee) at the San Matteo garage, in Via Vittorio Emanuele, 263, a 6-minute walk from the property.
