Dear Mr Alfred,thanks a lot for you excellent score given. We are sorry to learn only now that the AC was not working perfectly. If you had informed us during the stay we would have had it checked immediately. However, there is no timer. The AC can stay on 24/24 h and only switches off when the windows are opened. Ci preme, tuttavia, informare altri viaggiatori che, a differenza della camera Standard da Lei scelta, l'hotel dispone di camere Superior, dotate di bollitore per il the, come anche di Suite dotate di macchina Nespresso per il caffè. Tutti i frigobar offrono 2 tipi di acqua, 2 succhi, 2 bibite analcoliche, 2 birre e, se consumate, vengono rimpiazzate giornalmente. Circa la colazione, per la prima volta su Expedia, leggiamo di ospiti che giudicano il nostro buffet di scarsa qualità. Non prevediamo infatti nessun prodotto confezionato (forse ci ha confuso con un'altra struttura) ma prodotti di qualità assolutamente in linea con gli attesi standard alberghieri.Un cordiale saluto

We are sorry you did not appreciate our Classic room especially because in the Expedia's description all the room features are well listed: courtesy set with shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, conditioner, vanity kit; hairdryer; AC; TV led; safe; minibar; telephone. Otherwise, if you had chosen a Junior Suite or a Suite you could have found all the amenities you dreamed: silky linen, a kettle with tea collection, kleenex, welcome amenities (with cakes and white wine) and much more.
