The "Asfodelo" is a 3-room apartment with a total area of 65 square meters, located on the 1st floor. It has been recently renovated in 2019 and features modern and comfortable furnishings. The open living/dining room has sloping ceilings and is equipped with a dining table and satellite TV. This area has direct access to the balcony. One of the bedrooms is outfitted with a double bed, a shower/bidet/WC, and satellite TV, providing access to the balcony as well. The second bedroom contains two beds, a shower/bidet/WC, and satellite TV.

The apartment offers various amenities for a comfortable vacation stay. It has an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, microwave, and an electric coffee machine.
