'Iedereen was bijzonder vriendelijk, we hadden een hele mooie kamer. Toen om 23:00 uur 's avonds bleek dat de koelkast het niet deed, hebben ze binnen 30 min. een nieuwe koelkast gebracht. Het uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet was zeer compleet en elke dag heerlijk vers. De spa en het zwembad, waren fantastisch! Via een aparte lift kon je meteen in je badjas naar de Spa verdieping.'

'The hotel is in a good location for transit- close to Octagon. Lots of good restaurants in the area. Rooms are very nice with modern amenities- great shower. The only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars was the less than enthusiastic front desk and breakfast staff. They were fine- but not welcoming or enthusiastic to make your stay special. Overall a really good hotel at a moderate price point. Would recommend for sure.'

'This hotel is very beautiful, but it is completely bad in customer service. We stayed for three days in the Junior Suite. Upon arrival, we were only given three glasses of water at the reception as a welcome gesture, and nothing else was provided in the room for us. No one accompanied us to our room—we had to carry our luggage ourselves. The shampoo and....appeared to have been refilled and had no labels. After we complained, they replaced them. 'We had a lovely stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The hotel is very well maintained and spotlessly clean throughout. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was definitely the spa — after a long day of walking and exploring, it was so nice to unwind in the pool and hot tub. 'We arrived in town in the morning and went to the hotel hoping to drop our bags off while we explored the city. We were delighted to be told that our room was ready and asked if we would like a coffee while we completed check in. Our room had a wonderful view of the Basilica and was super clean and comfortable. We were given recommendations for dinner and after a cocktail on the roof terrace we headed off into town. 'Very clean room, with enough space for 2, fully functioning kitchen. Very easy self service entry, keep in mind you need internet upon your arrival as your entry code will be available on your arrival day. The appartement is located next to busses/metro to get to the city center in a few minutes. There is a store nearby. Would definetely recommend this place and I would come back if I would visit budapest again'
