Despite being on the busy high street my room was quiet and I had a good night’s sleep, the bed was big and linen was lovely and crisp. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. « Nous avons adoré ce pub. Nous y avons pris un verre, nous y avons diné, nous y avons logé pour une nuit. Tout était parfait ! Le petit déjeuner était délicieux avec un large choix de formules. L'accueil était royal, notre hôte s'est montrée très accueillante et aux petits soins. Enfin, Ledbury est un très joli village so british. Nous y retournerons probablement ! »

« We had a lovely stay at the Royal Oak. Hannah was extremely helpful and was quick to respond when i accidentally deleted the message with the keycode! The room was extremely comfortable and clean. « First time staying here for the Malvern Show. I was given the top floor self catering flat and it was so comfortable. Just like a home from home. Even though it was self catering, I had bread, butter, milk, jam/marmalade/honey and orange juice in the fridge which was complimentary. Food in the pub in the evenings was lovely, tasty and hot. « Nous avons choisi un chambre mi-gamme, situé dans l'aile "moderne" (années 1970/80?) de l'hotel. A gagner le chambre il faut monter quelques marches, ici, là. Le chambre était bien propre, mais le décor semblé plus en accord avec l'époque de l'aile. Le (grand) lit était le plus confortable qu'aucun hotel que nous avons visité: c'était l'invitation à faire la grasse matinée! Nous n'avons pas diner au reste de l'hotel mais le petit déjeuner était du bon qualité et a profusion. A reccomander. »
