'The room was nice. We had two televisions but you could only watch one station, if you flipped the remote both TV's changed. The pool was tiny. The hot tub was cold. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired.'

'Good location but not really Downtown. Older building but remodeled. Rooms and bathroom clean. Because it is an older building you hear noises from rooms above '

'Not clean. Hair from different people on the bed sheets.The elevator was broken. This wasn't mentioned at check-in, and we had the top room. Breakfast had limited options.'

'You get what you pay for, decent property, decent staff. However they checked me out early on accident and all of my things were gone from my too when I got back in on the 2nd day. I got them back but my personal amenities I bought were thrown away. Just make sure you are checked into the right room before you stay.'

'Got there late do to car trouble. Pool was closed. Rooms window wide open with the heater going. Missing towels. Didn't have remote control for TV. Went down and asked. Got a remote. No channels worked. Room was mediocre. Not the best. Went to get breakfast in the morning, like 9:10 am . Closed. If your going to serve breakfast, you need longer hours. Checkout is 11am. Breakfast could be 6-10:30 or something. Just won't be returning to any of these places.'

'The room was clean, but we were scared to leave anything in our car. It seemed like there were a lot of sketchy people around the lobby when we checked in, and we were unhappy. Definitely not a place I’d go back to. The rooms were fine, but the lobby and parking were quite uncomfortable.'

'The stay was ok for the price. They could do something about the smell. The hallways and rooms smell dirty. The staff could be friendlier and they should have security so the rif raf isnt all over the property at night.'

'Nice property, but the rooms need updating. Really quirky and ineffective lighting especially for ladies trying to do their make-up with can lights over the vanities. Tiled bathroom/shower was a relic from the 90's. But, it was clean and the breakfast with made-to-order omelets and eggs was phenomenal. Super-sweet breakfast personnel. Elements, the on-site restaurant, was good as well, even if understaffed. We decided on this hotel because it was half the price of hotels in downtown Salt Lake...

'Pretty basic standard American motel style facility, decent rooms and beds, although it could do with a lick of paint. As someone coming from "the continent" I'm not entirely sure the advertised continental breakfast was exactly that. Nonetheless I did enjoy the ability make your own fresh waffles. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I'll surely consider staying here again in future SLC visits. '

'The staff were helpful and friendly. We saw employees cleaning common areas all day every day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved the creative use of the building to make these cozy and comfortable rooms. I appreciated the free coffee in the morning. Just wish I had enough time to try out the sauna-guess we will have to return soon. This hotel/community space project is an innovative concept and we were happy to be able to experience being a part of it. We will be back!'
