« Carol fixed us delicious, variety-filled breakfasts. We were in a group of 6 and able to visit outside around a fire, on a porch or inside in large comfortable sitting rooms. »

« I paid for a one bedroom King suite, when I showed up to the hotel, they said that it wasn’t available. And the only thing that was available was the very basic room they offered. I paid $177 a night and the room they gave me was $52 a night. I still have not received a refund for the cost difference. There was no Manager available, and was told on a Friday when I checked in, that there would be no one to help or assist me until the Manager came back on Monday. »

« The problem we had was that Expedia sold us a queen bed room but when we got there we were put in a standard bed room . It was smaller and on top of that the single bed squeaked when we moved. Not satisfied for those reasons »

« Lucked into this after catching Jamey Johnson at Renfro Valley. Typically spend twice as much to spend a night but certainly won’t be doing that when in this area again. Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet night, and hot shower in the morning. Checks all the boxes. You can book w/o hesitation. »

« Met the staff in the afternoon as she drove up and made sure we had access code to lock. When we asked about the breakfast, which was listed on the Expedia details, she said there was no breakfast. She did check back later in the early evening if we needed anything, we did not. »

« You get what you pay for. Hotel/hallway/room smelled like wet dog and room was incredibly hot when we arrived. Found a small bug in bathroom that definitely looked like a cockroach that ran into the bathroom light on the wall. Breakfast was awful. « This was a great hotel, right off the interstate in Berea. It was extremely clean, staff were very helpful; the recommendation for the local restaurant, the Dinner Bell, was spot-on for a great meal. Breakfast was set up well and was well-attended. We will stay here again if traveling the area. »
