This large kitchen has everything you will want to cook at home and has 4 bar stools for casual dining or a full size dining table for everyone. If you don't want to cook, you can always take a short walk to the club house restaurant "7530' The Eatery" for lunch/dinner or evening cocktails where you can enjoy one of the best views in Pagosa Springs.

The bedrooms are all made up in a European style down comforters with comforter covers. The bedrooms are all nice size. The queen bedroom opens up through sliding doors to the covered patio. The kids room has 2 twins and Both of these rooms share a full bathroom down the hall. The master has a king bed, but the room. This room has a nice desk and full size, 2 sink bathroom with separate room for toilet and shower.

This home is permitted for 6 guests with a king bed, queen bed and 2 twins.

All trailers, RV's, Campers or other recreation vehicles ("Other Vehicles") must be
approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

You also get a 2 car garage and full laundry with this home.

This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 max. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet.

This home does not have AC.

Please note there is a $50 cancellation fee that applies to all cancellations made after booking.
