This Fully Furnished Home has new Appliances, Beds, Bedding, Front Load Washer & Dryer, & a Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve meals (Just bring food).

There is a Private Bath in the Master Bedroom downstairs. A Jack & Jill bath upstairs is shared by the second bedroom and a beautiful loft bedroom. The cabin is close to Lakes, Trails, Golf, Shopping, & Restaurants. There is easy access all year in a quiet, beautiful area with tall pines, two blocks from Lake Pagosa.

The Downtown Hot Springs are 5 minutes away. Wolf Creek is 30 minutes away. Durango is 60 minutes away. The National Forest is less than a mile up the road.

You can swing on the front porch, enjoy the view from the rear balcony, or fire up the grill in a privacy-fenced back yard with deck. During the evening you can relax on the Sierra Lodge Furniture and enjoy the warmth and glow of the gas fireplace.

DVD's, Roku Guest TV, & High Speed Wi-Fi are provided. A 50' 4K television screen provides extreme clarity and detail for movie watching. The carport keeps snow, ice, & rain off your vehicle! And Electronic door locks mean you will have your own private code and you don't have to worry about keeping up with, misplacing, or losing a key.

Besides food and clothing, we have just about everything you need. Showing up at this vacation rental is sort of like coming home! New vinyl windows hold in the warmth and keep out the cold!

An indoor portable swamp cooler adds moisture and provides cold air during the dry summer months. Five ceiling fans (2 in the living room and 1 in each of the three bedrooms) keep you comfortable throughout the year.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
