« Excellent property in all aspects. Albana and the rest of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect right in the heart of Riva del Garda. « The location is amazing. The get into the apartments you walk through between the tables of a nice restaurant, in the bustling historic centre of Riva. The apartments is on the third floor. We had heavy suitcases which were hard to carry upstairs. The apartment is nice and comfortable but not amazing. Most other apartments we stayed in had some salt, sugar and other basic foods. This one had nothing. The staff at Happy Holiday Homes was responsive and helpful. »

Le dimensioni sono sufficienti per accogliere 4 persone, il divano letto non è molto comodo e quando aperto non permette di sfruttare il soggiorno. « Nice local apartment within walking distance ( a few blocks ) to old town. There is no elevator to the second floor so if you’re challenged to carry heavy luggage it’s something to think about.Furnishing was okay, our bed really creaked when we moved around while sleeping but the room was a good size. Kitchen was a nice size to cook on occasion.Communication with the agents was excellent. »

La casa è comoda, a 1,5km si è al lago di tenno a piedi, la macchina se si trova spazio là si ha a 30 metri da casa.La cosa assurda, dato questa comodità, è stato proprio l’appartamento, che appena entrati, c era la maniglia per fuori che non sai se ti resta in mano, o no, la porta di legno fuori che non si chiude, quindi la appoggi e basta, entri, e trovi polvere, e odore da chiuso, c è un divano che andrebbe passato, o lavato con qualcosa che tiri via...

« Très bien situé au centre-ville d’Arco, la description du logement correspond à l’annonce. Cependant, le propriétaire est venu faire de gros travaux (percer la façade pour finaliser l’installation de sa climatisation) en plein milieu de notre séjour, donc poussière plein nos affaires et une matinée de perdue à attendre qu’il s’en aille. De plus, il était peu aimable. »

"Excellent hôtel! Staff super efficace et souriant. Quelle vue exceptionnelle. Menu du jour avec peu d’option mais tout ce qu’on a mangé était excellent!!! Seul bémol, pas d’air climatisé contrairement à ce qui était inscrit sur expédia. Heureusement, nous avions un balcon avec deux grandes portes fenêtres que nous avons laissé ouvertes tout la nuit pour dormir au frais de l’air de la montagne. Le personnel de l’hôtel s’est assuré de faire corrigé la fausse information directement sur les sites de réservation. "
