- A fire ban may be in effect, especially in the summer. Fire ban status can be checked on the Lewis County website. If there is a fire ban in effect, the fire pit will not be available for use
- The community outdoor pool and golf course are available for guest use for a daily fee of $10-$20. The fee is paid on-site prior to use
- Due to the rural location of this property, storms may hit and cause power outages, especially in the winter. Flashlights and candles are provided, and the stovetop and fireplace will still be functioning since they run on gas
