'First of all, we had a hard time finding the address as it was not the exact location as shown in the website. Secondly, i have been calling the number from the website to confirm the exact location and when i got an answer, the lady was so rude-until i asked if it was the hotel’s number, she suddenly changed her tone of voice(so much of customer service/etiquette), then she did not update her email to confirm we booked for 2 family rooms; and lastly, the rooms smelled/reeking of smoke, light...

The boat ride there and back was a bit expensive (private boat is all that is available). The cottages are nice and clean but could use some maintenance.'

'the first room we got was full of ants so we changed to another room, the second night we discovered a big cockroach in the bedroom which was disgusting. luckily we had our own mosquito net with us. at this accommodation you get what you pay for, but you expect a clean room without bugs we didn't get that.'

'Location was right at the heart of Gen Luna so it's accessible and close to shops, restaurants and bars. Not too much to expect from the room. it just doesn't look the same as the pictures displayed on the website.'
