'There is no pool and hot tub on site. The owners are promoting a public swimming pool that’s 3km away. Fridge full of old food and the townhouse was not ready for check in at 3pm we had to wait until 530 due to a plumber working in the bathroom. This resulted in no shower for the 3 nights. They advertise two showers but there isn’t. Lastly the plumber entered the unit at 9am on the checkout day when checkout isn’t until 11.
