'Our family of 11 stayed at the villa in early June. The owner and manager of the property were available and very helpful. The Villa was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces and the pool. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the beautiful view. Grocery and small shopping mall very close. Easy access to the towns in Tuscany. Highly recommended!'

'We had a super nice holiday at this villa. The house is lovely. The kitchen had everything that we needed. There were plenty of towels and extra towels for at the pool. The covered dining area was a perfect place for family meals. We especially enjoyed the peace and quiet of the countryside and the beautiful setting of the villa.'

'Klassieke villa van wat oudere datum met klassieke inrichting; ligt zeer rustig in de bossen en heuvels; auto is nodig. Winkels en restaurants op 15 minuten rijden. Prachtig zwembad en verwarmd. Er zijn in de villa zeer veel faciliteiten (o.a. biljart) Host is heel vriendelijk en geeft veel informatie, problemen worden snel opgelost. We hebben een prachtige vakantie gehad en zijn tot rust gekomen; natuurlijk is de omgeving met alle mooie steden en natuurschoon fantastisch'

'Have stayed in area before, but not Cortona. We were taken around the property by Nonna and her grandson. A great team. They bogg live on siteNonna was attentive but not intrusive, and always left us tomatoes and basil from her garden, but spoke no english - more of a comment about us than her as it would have been great to talk to her more fully. 'We had a fantastic week in this lovely villa. It really does have everything you could possibly need - a real home from home. Lots of lovely spaces inside and out to enjoy. We loved sitting out in the evenings having dinner and we’re lucky to be there during the Perseus meteor shower and saw lots of shooting stars in the clear skys. 'We very much enjoyed the house and surroundings. The house is split in a cooler lower part and lighter upper part. The owners live next door and respect your privacy, they are very helpful if you have questions, but don’t interfere otherwise. The owners must have travelled a lot as the house is well decorated with art from around the world. The pool area is very nice and well maintained. 'We loved our stay at “Villa Rosa”. The owner was very informative and provided all the detail and recommendations we would ever need. Alex the property manager was there to greet us to show us around and later provided further answers. The Villa is very comfortable with all the amenities you could possibly need. Great Wi-fi too. 'Such a quaint home, clean, quiet and beautiful. Close to the center of the very small town of Montepulciano. The host is very sweet and even cooked a cake to welcome us to their home. The view of the valley from the home is simply breathtaking.'

'Nice house and gardens, some of the rooms are quite small. Had issues with water and heater (the week we were there there were a cold front). Tomasso, the person responsible for the villa, tried to accommodate our needs and was always very responsive. Overall impression was good.'

'We were group of 16 adults and three children under the age of three. Sonja and Diego could not have been better hosts! They are truly lovely people! Everything was absolutely perfect! The villa is stunning and very child friendly! We opted to have Sonja cook breakfast and dinner for us each day, and her food was absolutely delicious! You must try their pizza and bbq!
