'This is the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. I traveled 5 hours and on my way there, they tried charging my credit card before I even checked in. When I arrived I was told that since my card was declined and I did not check in by 9 pm (which the check-in details had no cut off time for check-in) that they canceled my room and that they did not have a room for me. This left me and my children 5 hours from home with no where to stay! The woman at the desk was so unprofessional and...

'The location of the hotel is centrally located to a variety of stores. It is quick access to highways. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were top notch. Pricing is comparable to the services. Self pay Laundry on site, continental breakfast serves hot and cold foods, and parking is free. Great stay!'

'The pillows were so flimsy, I basically got no sleep. The air vents were insanely loud when the AC ran which kept us up too. We had a handicap room, which should have been reserved for someone who was handicap. But the bathroom sink faucet was so close to the counter, water got all over the counter when we used it. It also stunk like weed on our entire floor. Which causes us to get headaches.'

'This is a trap house. I needed a last minute room. Front desk staff is nice, but my room was awful and the whole place was terrifying to have my child with me. Mouse droppings everywhere, a ring of mold on top of the shower head. Something smeared on the walls that looked like poop, so many burn holes in the comforter it looked like Swiss cheese. Within 30 mins of checking in I went out to my car to see an emergency rescue team entering a room by me. I can’t believe Expedia allows this'

'Internet was not working the whole time. Cable was down 2 of the 4 days. Place is under construction. Breakfast was a joke. Toast, coffee and juice. Would not recommend this place!'

'I seen the pictures online about the place and I was impressed and I’m on vacation. Well, when I got to the property I’m like Hell No I must be at the wrong place. The property looked ran down and you had drug addicts everywhere. So I’m thinking let’s see how the room is? Well the lady at the front desk would not let me see the room RED FLAGS? Well they changed shifts and the new guy gave me the key to the room to look at but he warned me the pictures online is not the pictures of this hotel....
