« I wish I could give 10 stars!! Absolutely loved staying here. Building 14 was awesome too, listening to the wildlife outside sitting on the enclosed patio was heaven! We loved the separation of the kitchen/living and bedroom too. Major points for the bedroom connecting to the patio as well! I wish we could live here haha. Front desk was super nice and helpful and so was ron the concierge! We will be back »

« It was terrible to read on the house, keeping envelope that they want you to reuse your towels, how gross is that. So the first night we were there they had to move us to another room. The room that we were in air conditioner didn’t work. It was like a freezer then all of a sudden smoke came out of it. The TV did not work at all. So then we were moved to another room at 10 o’clock at night. The pillows were horrible. They were like blowup pillows or something. Your toilets are so low. it feels...
« Although the bed was clean and comfortable, the underside of the toilet bowl was not clean. I didn’t notice until I was getting ready for bed. We were traveling with a cat so they gave us a room where the furniture and drapes had been clawed. I took pictures of all these things when checking in, as I didn’t want to be charged for damage upon checkout. »
« This is an older property that is fairly well maintained and in good condition. Front desk person was friendly, efficient and helpful. Room, bathroom and common areas were clean. Laundry machines were a blessing as I was displaced from my home due to a plumbing issue. Housekeeping procedures were somewhat bizarre as each aspect of daily housekeeping was done with a separate trip to the room at various times of day. This wasn't a bother for me as I was only there to sleep and shower but unusual...
« Check in was quick and easy. Room was very clean! The breakfast is the only reason I gave it a 4 star. We got there at 8am and there were hardly any eggs left. Very little sausage and a few biscuits. Seemed like employees were just hanging out in the dining area, not refilling anything. That was disappointing. Other than that, great stay! »
