Apartment of 88 m2, located on the 9th floor of the Residence "L'Orée des pistes" with a very complete layout, ideal for 2 families with children, skis in/ski. It is composed of two distinct parts, day and night.

Day part

The 30 m2 living room opens onto a 10 m2 terrace, facing south with breathtaking views of the slopes and the resort. The large open-plan kitchen with a bar at right angles is perfectly equipped (dishwasher, 4-burner hob, oven, microwave, espresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette machine...). The oval table seats 8 people. The living room has 2 sofas, not convertible facing the mountain, a large 55-inch oled TV and WIFI access.

The room is isolated from the corridor by a double sliding door, preserving the tranquility of the rooms, opening onto a corridor equipped with a cloakroom for 8 people.

Night part

Each of the three bedrooms is equipped with a wardrobe closet.
• Bedroom 1: 2 beds of 90 and a shower room.
• Bedroom 2: 1 bed of 140 and 3 beds of 90, ideal for children and/or a couple, equipped with a small wall-mounted TV
• Bedroom 3: 1 bed of 160

A baby cot is available in the entrance closet.

The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer.

The services include concierge service, bed linen and towels as well as cleaning at the end of the stay. The set is completed by a ski locker with boot heating system located at the exit of the building and TWO private covered parking spaces.

The top-of-the-range residence, recent (2019-2021) is located at the top of the resort, at the arrival of the Alpette slope, allowing a departure and return on skis. The centre of the resort is 200 m away (Tourist Office, Shops, Restaurants, Ski School, Nursery, etc.). A sauna and a fitness room are available to residents. A secure luggage room and a relaxation room with table football allow tenants to enjoy another day of skiing after leaving the apartment at 10 am.

The resort of OZ en Oisans, located at 1,350 m, is one of the 5 village resorts, satellites of L'Alpe d'Huez on the Grandes Rousses massif. This family resort, entirely pedestrian, is linked by 2 gondolas to the "Grand domaine de l'Alpe d'huez":
• The Alpette gondola 50 m away
• The Poutran gondola 200 m away

Ranging from 1,100 to 3,300 metres above sea level, there are 120 ski slopes totalling 240 km. The Pic Blanc, culminating at 3,330 metres, is the starting point for the Sarenne, the longest black slope in Europe with 16 km of non-stop descent for 1,600 m of vertical drop. The ski area enjoys a maximum of 300 days of sunshine on average per year in the area.

The Tourist Office, in the centre of the resort, provides all the information on the activities. It is equipped with a climbing wall.

Access to the resort:

• By car, the OZ resort is one hour from Grenoble and 30 minutes from Bourg d'Oisans.
• By train, from Grenoble a regular bus provides 4 daily connections to the resort on Saturdays (www.transaltitude.fr)
• A gondola connects it in 10 minutes to the village of Allemond located below, which has a medical centre and a pharmacy.

On site, you will be greeted by Agnes or Manu, from our concierge service. They will give you an appointment by text message at the entrance of the parking lot, drive you to the apartment and give you all the information about your stay.

Three possibilities:
• in the Residence's parking lot: 3 free access sockets.
• on the square at the foot of the Tourist Office: 4 tickets with payment by Smartphone from the QR-code.
• at the entrance to the station: 25 charging sockets with payment by smartphone from the QR-code
