'到着が21時をすぎましたが、電話ですぐに対応してくれてチェックインできました。 スタッフの感じがよく、朝食も美味しかったです。子供達が楽しめそうなおすすめの場所を教えてくれたり、トイレットペーパーなど備品配置や荷物運搬手配の提案なども快くしてくれました。 シャワーの温度が途中急に下がって上がらなくなった日が1日あったので困りましたがイギリスだったからなのかもしれません。 近所にはスーパー・図書館・公園もあり、バス停も近くて便利でした。Netflixを子供たちは楽しんでいました。'

'Overall, good value for money. The family room we stayed in was a little dusty, and the hot water didn’t work in the basin, but that was all. The breakfast was good for the price, and the staff were helpful and friendly. My child left her jacket in the lobby, and the staff kindly found it and brought it to our room the next day, which was greatly appreciated. We were also pleased with the parking. Recommended for anyone travelling with a budget.'

'Having never stayed before at the Crazy Bear I went in with high expectations, however I didn’t realise the room which was meant to be a decent level, was the size of a postage stamp, just enough room for a double bed, no spa even though it was advertised as that’s the other venue not Steadhampton. Overall less than impressed, especially for the money, probably the most expensive hotel you can stay in per square foot, which was about 12. '
