'I didnot like it there were bugs in the room could not sleep due to the unclean bed and room very uncomfortable'

'Reasonable'

'The staff was extremely helpful making for a comfortable stay.'

'Pros: very clean! Convenient restaurant/bar in lobby & within walking distance. Mayo shuttle was very convenient & on time. Con’s: I was told by booking company, Even Hotel provides tunnel access to Mayo Clinic. It does not. Website showed 100% hardwood floors & hotel desk confirmed it. Not true. Half of room was carpet:( Although very nice, I was disappointed the shower had no bars & no shower seat. Because most guest in a hotel near Mayo are probably sick/elderly, it seems...

'The breakfast didn't have fruit or cut up fruit in frig. Did't care for the sausage'

'Great experience here. The king bed was uncomfortable though.'

'The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of options.'

'This is my go to hotel when visiting Rochester! Perfect for families, lots of room space and breakfast is always hot and fresh. Highly recommend!'

'Great stay'

'My 3rd time here and this is the first time I thought the one staff on Sunday was actually rude. I am usually greeted by the front desk but she just looked at us and didn't say a word even though we were the only ones in the lobby. Ive stayed at many marriots and Id have to say having a friendly staff does help the image. Even though I think she can work on her customers service skills, it won't deter me from staying here again. The hotel and rooms are very clean.'

'When we arrived, there was a person was sitting outside on the Bench smoking marijuana. To my surprise he got up and came in Hotel and proceeded around the front desk to check me in! He acted like it was no big deal. It was 8 PM and I needed a place to sleep before my procedure at 6 AM the next morning at the Mayo hospital. This hotel is is very rundown. I would not recommend staying there again.'

'This was a nice hotel, room was spacious and the kitchenette was stocked nicely.'

'The room was a really good size, including the bathroom. Everything was clean in the room and the building in general. The gym is a bit bare bones for weight selection but doable. The guy who checked us in was friendly and helpful, but everyone else on staff seemed like they’d rather be anywhere else. There is a restaurant attached, and hotel guests receive a discount, which was great. Our server at the restaurant was so helpful and very friendly, there just wasn’t a lot of menu options if you...
