'The room smelled like someone smoked in it, the blinds were falling off, there was a hole in bathroom door that was plastered, 1 shampoo container, 3 light bulbs didn't work, tape on the walls. Braekfast was a joke, muffin and granola bar, no place top eat. People at desk always seemed to be busy. Hallways were dark and dirty will never stay at an Extendd Stay again'

'The staff was amazing here, but the actual accommodations were not good. The location is fine. Our first room smelled like smoke. The second room was better. The television didn't work and on our second night there, we were woken up by what sounded like a massive yard blower. We have no idea what it was. We were afraid to leave the hotel. That's how loud it was. I think this is suitable if you are thinking of camping, but it just needs a lot of updating. The staff was so kind and present, but...

'Location was perfect for a conference we attended in Lowell. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Staff was friendly and was able to fix a shower handle problem promptly. Property was clean and well maintained. Room was very clean and amenities were good. A/C unit seemed to be either working too cold or not cool enough although we didn’t address the issue with front desk as we spent very little amount of time in the room during our stay.
