« The staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room had a very strong sewage smell. We arrived very late at night and were only there 2 nights so we did not have time to request a room change. It was Derby weekend and the hotel was full. Not sure if it was just our specific room as we were beside the laundry. »

« I was travelling alone and felt very safe. Open and well lit parking lot near to the entrance. Room was clean, water pressure great. Restaurants, fast food, grocery stores and gas all nearby. Great staff. Things that need improvement: 1) No closet, just a rack with no hangars and 2) I was on a non smoking floor and the hallway still reeked of cigarette smoke. The room did not, thank goodness. Would definitely stay again »

« El servicio del personal fue muy amable, la habitación limpia, aunque en el tiempo que estuvimos no se aspiró, únicamente se cambiaron toallas y respiraban las camas. Una quedó mal tendida con las sábanas sueltas. El jacuzzi no estaba funcionando, información que no supimos y nos habría gustado disfrutar ese espacio. Los niños gozaron la alberca. Los restaurantes buenos. En general, agradable estacia. »

« The hotel was clean. It served its purpose for Derby Weekend. An inexpensive, no frills alternative to the more elegant hotels. There isn’t an elevator. If you are physically challenged, ask for a first floor room. »

« This hotel is next to an event space that played extremely loud music all night way into the morning. I was unable to get any rest. I checked out in the middle of the night. As I was checking out I was told that I could not be refunded for my stay. I stated that I was not trying to get a refund I just wanted to check out. I was not offered any type of discount and no apology. I feel like the situation could have been handled differently. I wouldn’t stay here again. »
