Breakfast should be served at a more reasonable time, perhaps between 7 and 10 a.m., instead of the current 6 to 9 a.m. The folding bed is outdated and uncomfortable, and the springs are felt. Instead of providing numerous shampoo and conditioner bottles, consider offering lotion bottles as well. Additionally, the air conditioner does not blow cold air.'

'The "motel" is more like a resident homeless shelter!! The place is full of derelict adults and rat ass kids running around the parking lot, I damn near ran over a few. The property is run down as hell, although I will add that my room was indeed clean and the bed comfortable. Don't expect any amenities, there's absolutely none!!'

'The room was clean. The transaction was very quick and the parking was right outside our room.'

'I asked for a 1st floor room they said yes, when I got there they said no. the railings on the stairs were lose and it did not feel safe walking up them. The first 2 nights there the heat was not working and the front desk was not answering when I called, had to call the 1800 number to speak to anyone to help. Housekeeping cane in and they did not close the door all the way when they left so the door was not locked and when I told the front desk he just shrugged his shoulders and went on with...

'The furniture in the room was worn out. The door to the bathroom was broken. The threshold into the bathroom had bare metal rails that could cut bare feet, the toilet was wobbly, the floors were dirty and the shower controls were hanging off the wall…I did not use the shower because of the poor shape the bathroom was in. All of the items were communicated to the front desk staff. The only redeeming aspect to the room was clean linens. I will never stay there again.'

'Hotel was super clean and the house keeper was kind and accommodating! The interior of rooms are much better than the exterior of property. Certainly appreciate the upgrades to the room. Only disappointment is that breakfast is more of a grab and go cereal yogurt and toast that a full warm breakfast. The dining area is a bit misleading but that can be me. lol. Would stay here again!'

'I never got my room. There wasn’t anyone on site to check me in. The lobby floor needed to be vacuumed. And there were people actually living there huddling in a large circle in front of the building chain smoking cigarettes.'
