'Very nice complex with separate buildings. Nice (heated) pool. Very cosy. Breakfast was very good. The complex was a few hundred meters from the main road. Because we came from the east we missed the entrance and we had to go back a long end. From the main road to the hotel is an unpaved road with some bumps. It is a very quiet spot but during the night the dogs of the neighbors were barking. All in all it was a nice stay and we would certainly go back if we are in Essaoura.'

Huge, great fireplace, comfy bed and good size bathroom. A problem with the drain of the bathroom was fixed immediately. Amazing light coming from both sides of the room. The private pool is gorgeous and very relaxing (perfect when day-trippers arrive from Villa Maroc to the biggest pool). Lovely...

'This is rather a lovely place to stay. It’s out of town by a few miles, but having spent time in the medina when we arrived, it was nice to have some peace. There are six cats, a peacock, a dog and some chickens. They wander freely, which we rather liked. The food was really the best that we had during our three weeks in Morocco. Healthy and tasty. Fish was the best ever. The hotel works to your schedule. They are very flexible. '

'This place is heaven on earth: a beautiful and elegantly designed building surrounded by a huge garden including a swimming pool and you always have an amazing view. We very much liked the landscape around Essaouira (the landscape in Morocco is changing a lot every few kilometers) and Dar Diamar is located perfectly in the middle of this beautiful area.
