'Big rooms and very nice pool area'

'I was really excited to finish up my Hong Kong journey with a one-night getaway to Macau before flying back to the US. Let me just say that Macau is VERY different than Hong Kong, even in an upscale property like Wynn Macau. Every hotel employee I encountered struggled with the English language, which I found shocking. I requested a non-smoking one bedroom suite. The room was incredible! Tons of space and great furnishings...BUT the room smelled like cigarette smoke. The entire floor smelled...

'房間不好，我訂的是雙床房，有兩張大雙人床，但没有任何椅子可以坐下或枱面可以放杯 房燈的開關設計也很不方便 沒有吃早餐的地方 '

'Great hotel and location'

'早餐的半自助選項的湯麵好吃，可惜地點不是太靠近精華地段'

'Keurig netjes op orde '

'Dichtbij Hongkong/Macau/Zhuhai zeebrug en Macau ferry. Attracties op korte afstand. Personeel waren professioneel en behulpzaam. Schone en ruime kamer'

'What an absolute gem of a hotel in old town Macau. Within walking distance of the best local food, bakeries, and sights. Our family of five adults, distributed across two beautifully appointed rooms, were delighted with our stay. Staff were extremely helpful with recommendations for local food and travel tips for our continued journey north into China through Zhuhai.'

'I stayed at the treasure island hotel from 10/7/2026 to 10/10/2026. They blamed me for breaking their phone charging adapter which was broken in the first place. The connector was broken when pulled out from the phone. They either don’t supply with it or get a better one or not blaming customer for only using it once. They didn’t check the serviceability of the thing and blame you for it. They charged me at the end anyway even though I explained to them what happened which is unreasonable.'

'Because of the swimming pool I booked it to stay, but they require me to wear a real swimming cap to be able to swim. Otherwise had to pay them 10 mop. No any relaxing swimming pool in any hotel had such an unrealistic and ridiculous requirement. Ruined my relaxing trip. Was asking the receptionist to make a reservation for my dinner reservation , he was telling me there would be 5 MOP charges. Unbelievable this hotel was the any one not try to help their customers for their simple local needs...
