'All staff were very helpful- particularly when I left an item in my room.. they found it and sent me an online process to have the item returned I gave only a four stars as someone — not sure who- overrided my handicapped room reservation— we were given a room that was for hearing impaired, which does not work when you have a broken ankle. But the other staff really made up for it by their help and we generally really like staying at Home2'

The not so good: My room was damp and musty smelling and things were not as clean as they should have been; there was a black hair in my tub and another long one on top of one of the "clean" towels on the counter.
