Trullo ODELIA offering 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms & private pool on 1,2 ha

Located 5 km from a charming little town, at the bend of a dirt road, our trullo is in the middle of a plot of more than one hectare, including olive, fig, cherry, pear, walnut, rosemary, arbutus ... The main trullo consists of two bedrooms each with its own bathroom, an equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, dressing room. Behind the trullo is an outbuilding or "ovile", consisting of a bedroom, a dressing room with a fridge-bar and a shower room. Magnificent saltwater pool with outdoor shower. This pool is not secure; not suitable for very young children who cannot swim. Twilight lighting in the car park, along the access paths to the trullo, to the ovile (outbuilding) and towards the swimming pool, as well as on the terrace in front of the trullo. CENTRAL FLOOR HEATING which offers total comfort in mid-season and winter. Several bikes available.
There are also 2 hammocks and a swing.
The outdoor kitchen includes a tiled sink, a stone block including the dishes and pans storage and a large electric oven which can be used elsewhere, for example below the olive tree in front of the trullo where the sockets are. behind the wall. Two electric plates complete the set. The lighting is done by a lamp installed in the large mimosa which overhangs the whole; the switches and sockets are on the low wall side. The pergola is lit by a central lamp; the switch located on one of the stakes.
In front of the trullo, you can eat outside and the lighting, in addition to the one that starts up at dusk, is done below the olive tree (switch and socket).
In the drawer of the dining room table you will find information for the use of the induction hob, the radio .... as well as a list of restaurants in the area.
Our friends Maria and Francesco Boldi, who will welcome you, take care of the maintenance of the swimming pool, the watering of the most fragile plants and the filling of the tank. If you wish to have the services of a full-day woman, you can ask them for the conditions.

Un grand merci particulier à Maria et Francesco pour leur bel accueil et leurs conseils tout au long du séjour. Le Trullo est un lieu unique, magnifique que toute la famille a apprécié. Nous avons pu nous reposer tout en profitant de la proximité de lieux incontournables pour visiter la région : Ostuni, Ceglie, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Monopoli, Polignano etc....Une très belle expérience !

"Ein traumhafter Urlaub im charmanten Trullo".

Wir haben eine Woche im August im Trullo Odelia von Odette und Franco verbracht. Das Haus ist charmant und vollständig eingerichtet. Man findet alles, was man so braucht. Der Garten ist wunderschön mit vielen verschiedenen Pflanzen. Es gibt Olivenbäume, Feigen, Kaktusfeigen, Mandeln und vieles mehr. Die indirekte Beleuchtung, die überall ums Haus, an den Wegen und am Pool vorhanden ist, präsentiert das Grundstück nach der Dämmerung in einem sehr romantischen Ambiente. Der Pool ist sehr groß und immer sauber. Maria und Francesco, ein sehr sympathisches Ehepaar, das gleich ein paar hundert Meter entfernt wohnt, kümmert sich um Haus und Grundstück. Sie kommen ca. jeden 2. Tag frühmorgens, gießen die Pflanzen und reinigen den Pool. Die Anfahrt zum Grundstück war die ersten 1-2mal etwas abenteuerlich. Wir hatten einen 9-Plätzer Bus, mit dem es ab und zu schon etwas eng wurde. Sobald man die 2-spurige Landstraße erreicht hat, findet man den nächsten Ort (Ceglie Messapica) in wenigen Minuten. Zum Adriatischen Meer benötigt man ca. 30min, zum Tyrrhenischen ca. 45 min. Es gibt auch viele interessante Sehenswürdigkeiten, die in weniger als einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar sind. Alles in allem hat es und sehr gut gefallen. Wir können es jedem weiterempfehlen, der Ruhe und Natur mag.

Dolce far niente

Great property for family/group of friends vacation. Beautiful renovated trullo, with extra small cottage and pool. You can spend time just .... doing nothing:) Property situated in the middle of olive grove - no people, no parties around, no roads, and sometimes even no internet signal:)) To nearest shops and small amazing city - 6 min by car, Citta Bianca - Ostuni 12 min. Strongly recommend to feel real dolce far niente.

Un havre de paix

Magnifique maison de vacances, impossible de rêver mieux. En pleine nature au milieu de champs d’oliviers, à environ 10min de la ville la plus proche. Localisation permettant de visiter une bonne partie de la région, principalement la vallée d’Itria. Maison conforme à l’annonce et aux photos. Très bien équipée à l’intérieur avec tout le nécessaire ainsi que la clim appréciable. Gros coup de cœur pour l’extérieur avec ses différentes zones repas et détente, et bien sûr la piscine qui est un gros point fort. Très bon échange avec les hôtes par écrit, ainsi qu’avec les personnes qui sont venues nous accueillir sur place qui sont vraiment très sympathiques et disponibles, et petit plus d’avoir pu échanger en français avec eux. Nous sommes très heureux d’être si bien tombés !

Superbe trullo au milieu des oliviers

Le trullo est idéalement situé à Ceglie au cœur des villages de Cisternino, Martina Franca et Ostuni tout en étant perdu dans les oliviers. Superbe piscine pour se rafraîchir au retour de ballades ou de plage. L’accueil est parfait par Maria et Francesco qui donnent d’excellents conseils sur la région.

Vacanze sole, mare, e natura

Il trullo ha tutte le caratteristiche per una vacanza rilassante e piacevole. Ottima posizione, isolata e immersa nella natura, con un microclima eccezionale. Gli interni sono ben curati, mantengono lo stile rurale e sono forniti di ogni necessario. Belle le due zone esterne dedicate a pranzo/cena, ottima la piscina e dal terrazzo si gode di una vista splendida! compimenti!

Calme, quiétude dans les Pouilles dans un trullo magnifiquement restauré avec une belle piscine.

Un petit manque d'entretien, entre les différents locataires. La literie n'est pas à la hauteur du site. Mais ensemble agréable à vivre pour un lieu de vacances.

Le charme des Pouilles

Quelle semaine de plaisir! Nous étions 4 adultes et 3 enfants et la maison était juste... parfaite. La propriété est énorme (coin hamac , espace piscine, salons extérieurs, cuisine extérieure, BBQ,..) On ne se sent jamais les uns sur les autres. L'accueil à notre arrivée fut très sympathique sans être envahissant. Gentillesse et serviabilité! Si nous revenons dans cette magnifique région, ce logement sera une priorité!

The trullo in Ceglie Messapica was absolutely fantastic.

The trullo seems far away from everthing - the way we love it - but still its close to grocery shops and other places to go. The house was clean and nice, and the garden very lovely with a large pool and many nice and different places to relax in. Francesco and Maria, who take care of the house, are very nice people. We give the place our best recommendations.

Un très bon moment

Nous revenons ce jour de 3 jours passés dans cette location. L'ensemble est conforme aux photos avec un très chouette jardin, une très belle piscine, une décoration de très bon goût et le tout en parfait état. La maison est entièrement équipée et l'accueil des personnes s'en occupant très bon. Hormis le fait que la maison se trouve vraiment isolée ( heureusement qu'on est accompagné lors du premier trajet sinon impossible à trouver seul!!) il y a tout pour passer un excellent moment. Un point de vigilance : prévoir des prises et du produit anti moustiques !!! En conclusion: nous recommandons vraiment cet endroit.

Bellissimo trullo ed ovile perfettamente ristrutturati e con tutti i comfort. Isolato ma non troppo. Dopo le visite in questa regione stupenda, la piscina era veramente un toccasana per i nostri 3 figli adolescenti. Una piccola vacanza all' insegna del relax, con wifi funzionante ( indispensabile con i figli...) ma scarsa copertura telefonica ( un plus per me anche se non condiviso dal resto della famiglia...). Francesco e Maria, persone squisite, discrete ma presenti quando c'è' stato bisogno.
